The Xinda Laboratory has been officially inaugurated. This laboratory is devoted to offering pre-sales testing services. The primary customer segments are in the pharmaceutical and medical polymer materials sectors. We have furnished two types of equipment: a 20mm hot melt extruder with a production capacity ranging from approximately 2 to 10 kilograms per hour, and an 11mm hot melt extruder with a production capacity of around 100g to 3kg per hour. We look forward to exploring new frontiers with all of you and providing high-quality products.

Hot-melt extrusion is a validated manufacturing process that meets the FDA’s Process Analytical Technology (PAT) goals for designing, analyzing, and controlling manufacturing process programs. This technology can be used to prepare granules, pellets, immediate-release tablets, controlled-release tablets and films, etc. At present, many drugs have been approved for marketing in foreign countries using HME technology.
