The equipment arrived at RR Kable’s production base in India smoothly, and the Singapore after-sales team responded quickly to complete the basic installation work. RR Kable planned the equipment installation area, ensured sufficient space and appropriate environmental conditions, and finished preparations for electricity, water sources, etc.

The team checks the condition of the equipment in detail to ensure there is no looseness or damage and then conducts a trial run to gradually optimize parameters such as temperature, pressure, and rotational speed.
Through multiple tests, the performance of the equipment under different working conditions was verified, and the expected indicators were finally achieved, significantly improving the technical level of RR Kable products.

The training is led by the Singapore after-sales team and covers daily maintenance, regular inspections, and replacement of wearing parts of the equipment.
Through practical operation drills, RR Kable technicians mastered equipment maintenance techniques, and the training was highly praised by participants.

The new equipment is used to produce highly flame-retardant and environmentally friendly HFFR and XLPO cable materials. The products have significantly improved fire resistance, insulation, and environmental performance to meet customers’ high standards.
After the equipment is put into use, production efficiency and output are significantly improved, and the process is more stable and efficient.
